- Testing and Automation - deployed and delivered Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c Cloud IT monitoring tools ecosystem using SQL and Python to discover, upgrade agents and monitor their status, creating a new interface for service managers
- Completed 96% of up-gradation and installing of server agents on hosted and non-hosted oracle managed cloud servers of customers in 18 months (scheduled for 30months) with the automated ecosystem with less than 1% runtime issues
